She started her career as a recruiter in a Fortune 500 global consulting firm and has worked in both Europe and Canada. She brings more than 10 years of experience as a Career Coach with one of Canada’s top business schools (UBC Sauder School of Business). Elena is a certified career coach, with a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Organizational Coach from the University of British Columbia. She also holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Job Finding Club (SFU) and in Hope-Action Theory & Practice (Doubleknot Works).
