About the course

Join Andrea Fruhling and Norm Amundson in this introductory course, and learn more about the Career Wayfinder workbook, and how it can be used to support career development conversations. Here's what you'll learn:

  • Learn about the core concepts and theories found in the book, and how to consider them in reference to the work you're doing.

  • Learn about the use of the Career Wheel as an organizing structure for career conversations and decision-making.

  • Explore how to use the Career Wayfinder workbook with a range of client demographics, from youth, to mid-career transitions, and beyond.

  • Develop your skills using the Career Wayfinder workbook when working with individuals, as well as in group contexts.

  • Gain new insights about who you are, as you engage with the workbook and supporting activities.
